ABOUT US

Ian, as a boy, dreamed of running his own businesses and developed a passion for entrepreneurship while still at school. He opened his first commercial supplier account at age 13.

He has since run a number of successful businesses in the computer area - selling and repair, rental of equipment and data recovery, as well as having worked for a number of companies in service and sales roles.

​

He has spent 20 years keenly observing and learning from some of the top thinkers in business and personal development. From this he's taken the best that is usable to develop a coaching process for businesses to give them a framework for success. A combination of time tested principles plus current application designed to be flexible, working on the areas that need help to get the results you want.

Ian oversees the direction at SMART Business Coaching, as well as business development and  client coaching.

He’s keen on animals .

Shirley is the social media networker, her willingness to get on internet and promote through social media ( facebook , website etc) has been great at promoting our business .

Together with Ian, ran a successful network marketing business for a number of years, and run various other enterprises.

​

Trained as a librarian she has a strength in research so can often find out all sorts of information that would allude many.

​

Shirley is a bit of a bookworm and loves  a night in with a good book. She also has a passion for arts & crafts  and cats
